This busy weekend was all about Taekwondo. On Friday, Nitzan and Asaf went to their first 'board breaking' seminar. Nitzan broke one by food and one by hand. Asaf broke two by foot. It was amazing ! Then, on Saturday they passed their brown belt Arnis test !
